On 16 hectares of hillside, close to the sea with its beneficial effects, stand the centuries-old olive trees of the Secolo 21 farm. These trees produce superb quality olive oil which displays its exceptional sensorial qualities in the dishes of our Codarossa restaurant or on degustation table of the wellness centre. The olives are harvested by hand at the ideal moment to guarantee a more intense colour and fragrance as well as close to zero acidity. They are cold pressed within 24 hours of harvesting, and only the very first oil becomes Secolo 21 branded one. Such a special oil deserves a special bottle, and the one used has won “Best Design” award in 2019 London Olive Oil Competition.
